Maddie: Senior || Colorado Portrait Photographer

Maddie wanted the Flatirons in the background for some of her senior portraits, and the result was simply breathtaking - I absolutely loved this park. Maddie is gorgeous and such a fun person. I had a great time getting to know her during the session. She plays lacrosse for her school, so we incorporated that into some of her portraits as well. Beckem: 14 Days New || Colorado Newborn Photographer

Meet Beckem. He is such a charming and cuddly little guy - his little rolls are just too much! He tried to fight the sleep so hard, but once he was asleep, he did great and we got some absolutely adorable images of Beckem. He is such a sweet and easy going baby and I could have photographed him all day! He even gave us hint of a smile, too!

It was so nice to meet Beckem and his family. I am looking forward to having the opportunity to photograph this family more as they grow. Welcome to the world, sweet Beckem!

Derek & Callie || Colorado Couples Photographer

Callie contacted me earlier this week regarding doing an anniversary session with her and her husband for their five year anniversary. We do sessions pretty regularly with their precious children, Wyatt and Gwen, on our Baby Steps series. During those sessions, of course, we also get some lovely family pictures. However, as any new parents know, after having kids, getting shots of just the two of you together are always harder to come by. I thought this was a great idea Callie had to get pictures of just the two of them alone, and to celebrate their five years together. We had such a great time with these two, and we were all laughing hard the entire time. I love that these images show Derek and Callie's love for one another, as well as the fun they have together.

Avery: 5 Days New || Colorado Newborn Photographer

5 day old Avery came to visit me in the studio last week. She is such a little peanut! I believe she is my smallest newborn to date at just over 5 pounds! As you can see from the pictures, she is absolutely adorable as well! She was a great sleeper for her session and we were able to do several different set ups. Avery's daddy is a fireman, and my favorite images are of her in his helmet. You can tell he is a very proud daddy, and it was so sweet to see the relationship they already have. This is such a precious family, and I am glad I had the opportunity to get to know them. I hope to have the privilege of photographing them all more in the future. Welcome to the world, little Avery!

Briella: 6 Days New || Colorado Newborn Photographer

Little miss Briella is my niece, and I am one proud aunt! We are all so in love with her already! I had been looking forward to her newborn session for several months before she was born - it was hard to keep myself from buying way too many little girl props (though we did pick out a few just for her). I couldn't get over how adorable she is, and all of her delicate features. She is absolutely precious and such a wonderful addition to Nichole and Casey's family! I can't share all of her images just yet, as some of them are being used for birth announcements, but I am in love with all of these images below. Welcome to the world, Briella!
